Dr. Chen created Quinary as a convenient way to keep the body's five major systems in balance.* He combined Alpha 20C, Assimilaid, Conco, Lifestream and Prime Again into a special, complex formula for Quinary.

Quinary supplement helps maintain health rather than waiting for the body to malfunction. It addresses the body's systems collectively as well as individually. Although it is very difficult to achieve with a formula as complex as this one, our blended herbs are maintained without preservatives or synthetic chemicals.

Quinary is available in three easy-to-use forms: powder, capsules and liquid.

 Quinary is made up from the following five formulas.  Each of these formulas are available in bottles of 100 capsules :

Alpha 20C is designed to address the body's defense system with herbs that contain naturally occuring antioxidants, calcium and fortifying properties.  Recent studies have shown that many herbal or botanical ingredients may contain beneficial bioactive components.  Our formula addresses the immune system.*

Prime Again supplement is designed to address the body's endocrine system.  The endocrine system is truly complex, as it encompasses the multitude of hormone-producing glands.*  Prime Again supplement is designed to work in haromony with those glands and the organs they support.*

Assimilaid is designed to address the body's digestive system with herbs that help the body process food quickly and efficiently.*

Conco designed to address the body's respiratory system.  It is formulated with a combination of herbs that help balance the wraming and cleansing energy with the cooling and nourishing energy within us.*

Lifestream is designed to address the cirulatory system with herbs that promote balance and fluidity throughout the body.*  This formula enhances adequate movement of blood thorugh the body.*

Quinary is something I drink every morning.  First thing I get a cup of hot water, put in my Quinary ... and I feel like I've started my day out right.  I love the nutiritonal balance I feel that Quinary gives me.

In addition to taking Quinary every morning as a hot drink, I also have a bottle of capsules for each formula on hand so I can take extra of one formula if I feel like I need it.  Anytime I feel like a body system is going to be more challenged than normal, I take more of the formula that is designed for that system.  For example, when I travel to foreign countries and due to eating strange foods feel my digestive system needs help ... I'll take extra Assimilaid.

Dissolve one Quinary package in 8 ounces of warm or cold water and drink as tea at mealtimes. Or consume 5-10 capsules at mealtimes.
