IBO Business Training Series
Work
your system |
Dear Sunrider Business Leader,
Lately we have seen activities
in sponsoring increase dramatically. We are constantly giving phone meetings
and supporting our leaders who are out building. Don't miss this period
of growth to maximize your own organization and profits. Work your system!
Here are some key points that every system should have:
- You need to have a steady
source of new people you can share Sunrider with. The best source for
these people are new people you develop a relationship with and in the
developing of that relationship, find out what their problems, needs,
or dreams are that Sunrider can solve. If you do not, in your current
lifestyle, meet enough people to fill the pipeline, then change your
lifestyle! Make it a point to get out and meet new people by joining
new groups, attending new events ... anything you can think of to get
in a position to make new friends and listen to their problems, need,
and dreams.
If you only do what you
have done, you will only have what you now have.
So do something new today!
- Follow up with a vengeance!
Follow up NOW. Follow up DAILY!
- Mentor your new IBOs. Make
sure that every new person you bring into the business has a direct
connection with an upline leader who can be their mentor. The point
of a mentor is to give constant direction, motivation, and edification.
The key is for the new IBO to call their mentor every week
or more if necessary. The mentor should never have to call the
new IBO to find out what is happening. This type of mentoring creates
additional depth of leadership and help for you as the sponsor.
- Support all events. If you
wait for each event to decide if you can, should, or will support it,
you have missed the point. Make the decision now to support all events.
Are you going to the convention this summer? Decide to do it now. How
about the next leadership cruise or event? Decide to do it now. How
about getting to the closest regional meeting? Decide to do it now.
Local meetings. Decide that your business is important enough to you
to allocate the time to make sure these events are not only supported
... but attended by yourself and new folks.
- People have more value than
marketing plans and products. Keep your people and helping them
get what they want as a top priority and your business will flourish.
Understanding these key principles
and beliefs will keep us on track and will focus our attention on putting
the needs of others first as we build.
Make this next year count in
your individual growth.
Sincerely,
Paul Jensen
-
Call one of your IBO's
and tell them how much you appreciate them.
- Make plans to attend
the next local or regional event. Do whatever it takes.
Take a new friend with you.
