Dear Sunrider Business Leaders,

In building a network organization, it is necessary to get your Business Leaders to events and support them in the following areas:

• Personal motivation
• Additional training
• Enlarging and strengthening their personal dream and their vision of what Sunrider can do for them.
• Meeting other successful Sunriders will help them realize that they can also succeed!

Commit from the start to attend every event that you possibly can. You will be able to gauge the strength, depth, and power of your dream by the effort you put into getting to the events that are outlined below. 

• Opportunity Presentations.  Give and attend these meetings weekly.  And do it consistently each week. Teach your downline how to give an Opportunity Presentation by going out with them three or more times so they can see how you present the Sunrider Opportunity. Then watch them give the presentation a few times, and be with them until they are ready to duplicate what you have done.
• Consistent local events.  This would be meetings where you bring your IBOs together and typically give a group Sunrider presentation.  The main objective, in addition to sharing the Sunrider opportunity, is to have fun!  Many people build their Sunrider business as much for the social interaction as they do any other dream.  If you have consistent, fun, sociable meetings, you will have a strong, loyal network.
• Regional or Company events.  These are meetings where larger numbers of Sunriders gather together once or twice per year to hear Dr. Chen or other Sunrider leaders share their experiences.
• Organizational events or Conferences. This is an opportunity to listen to those leaders who have been able to successfully build their business.  They share their methods, tools, and hints on how to build a more effective Sunrider Organization.
• Annual Sunrider Convention.  Sunrider International hosts this event each year.  Here you will meet all the leaders, listen to the Drs. Chen share the latest on products and knowledge, see the Company facilities, and most importantly to have a great time with your upline and downline.  There have been more skeptical spouses converted to Sunrider at the Sunrider convention than any other place.  In addition, if you meet the qualifications you will participate in the Business Travel Incentive Fund that will help pay your way to the Convention.

These are the basic meetings you will want to commit to attending to insure your success.  In conclusion, remember that having a system and working it will consist of doing the following... 

• Do it simple enough that anyone can understand it.
• Be specific in everything you do.
• Be consistent in doing it.

If you are successful, thousands of people will be able to duplicate you, and you will see tremendous health and financial rewards come into your life by using the Sunrider products and sharing the Sunrider business opportunity.
