IBO Business Training Series

Working Goals

Dear Sunrider Business Leader,

Now let's review again the working goals you need to get your business started.

  1. Introduce Sunrider to two or more people every day. Do it every day!
  2. Three presentations each week. First this will be with your own contacts, but as they begin to duplicate, you will begin giving presentations for your IBOs, just as your Sponsor did for you.
  3. Personally sponsor 30 IBOs in the first 3 months. After you have 30 IBOs, create an additional 50 to 60 IBSs in your personal group with each person using a minimum of 100 SV of Sunrider products per month. This would develop a personal group volume of 5000 SV to 6000 SV, which would take the pressure off qualifying each month.
  4. Develop 4 - 6 business building IBOs showing the plan 3-5 times a week. From this group of 18-20 IBOs, initially look for 4-6 who have a dream and will begin working the system and showing the plan each week. Eventually you would look for 8 to 10 leaders that you could work with.
  5. Consume products every month. This business does not work if the products are not consumed. To the degree you can, you should set up your home to be a Sunrider home. You should switch brands from everything you are now using to a corresponding Sunrider product. If you can encourage everyone in your group to work the system by using or eating 100 or more SV worth of products each month, it will bring consistency into your personal volume. Also, be sure you have enough Preferred Customers/IBOs in your personal group that having one or two quit won't jeopardize your 3000 SV Business Leader qualification.
  6. Build a structure of 30 or more Distributors all buying 100 SV or more, with 4 - 6 business builders who are duplicating you.
  7. Stay plugged into your upline who is working the system. This is a critical concept. You need to make sure that your sponsor is working the system. If they are not, then go upline until you find someone who is, and plug into them. Plugging into them means that you call them when you need help or to get questions answered. Attend their meetings. Do not expect them to always be making the effort to contact you, but you should call them, plug into them.
  8. Promote meetings and work to have good attendance. This is the lifeblood of your business.

Remember that volume usually follows 90 days behind efforts. So stay consistent. Keep it simple and it will happen.

Sincerely,

Paul Jensen
