I have attached Dr. Chen's business building advice from the Business Update of November 2007. I have always found it beneficial to study successful men. No doubt Dr. Chen is one of the most successful businessmen in the world and he shares with us some great pointers on building a strong and successful business.

Listen to needs

The only point I'd add to his advice is that everything you do in contacting, approaching, and presenting is guided by the age old rule … listen for their needs, and address those needs during each step. Do not ignore what interests them in order for you to talk about what you want.

Also, regardless of whether their interest is consumer or business builder … we need and love everyone!
